 The automatic roll forming machine process begins with an automatic decoiler feeding a steel coil into a precision leveler. The leveled strip is then progressively shaped by a series of tandem-driven forming stations. The key different is its quick-adjust forming system. Instead of fixed rollers, critical stations are equipped with servo-driven adjustments or modular cassettes, allowing the machine's physical geometry to be altered swiftly to form different channel sizes. Following forming, a high-precision, computer-synchronized hydraulic flying cutter shears the continuous profile to exact lengths. Finished channels are then automatically conveyed, stacked, and bundled.
